As a disabled traveler, I was pleased to find that the Intercityhotel Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof Sud took great care of their guests with disabilities. The staff paid close attention to cleanliness, with disinfecting materials available throughout the hotel. The location was excellent, right next to the main station, making it convenient for public transport. The rooms were very comfortable, with a spacious layout and a comfortable bed. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a variety of hot dishes and a wide selection of breads, fruits, and more. I highly recommend this hotel.

We loved staying at this place because it's right next to the train station and only a 15-minute walk from the Messe. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean, modern and had everything we needed like a sink, tea and coffee facilities, and a flat-screen TV. The soundproofing was excellent, so it was peaceful and quiet despite being located in the heart of the city. The terrace and jacuzzi were also great features that we enjoyed during our stay.

The bar had a great selection of drinks at reasonable prices. The location of the hotel was very convenient, being just a short walk from the train station and within easy reach of popular tourist spots in the city.

I had a negative experience when the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night. It was unclear whether it was a false alarm or an actual emergency, causing some confusion and concern.
